When it seems other users cannot hear you properly, even though you have no problem listening their voices, please follow the instruction below.

1. When you are in the Episoden Event right now, please leave. Then you'll see the notice below. Click 'Enter Now!'.

1. And you'll see the Device Setting page. Click the setting icon in the lower right side of the local video.

1. What you'll see then is the Device Setting pop-up. Click the microphone drop box.
