Some Chrome extensions may block the Episoden homepage to show up. Therefore, try deleting chrome extensions.
Here's the explanation for how to delete them.
First, click the puzzle icon on the upper right side of the Google Chrome. Then, you will see a pop-up showing the list of extensions you currently have, just like the capture below.
Second, click the three dot icon which you can see in the capture above.
Third, click 'Remove from Chrome.'
Finally, Chrome may show the Episoden homepage!
